Electrical Engineer from USP’s Polytechnic School, with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a PHD in Business Administration from FEA-USP, Carlos Alves has always believed that learning is the key to finding creative and functional solutions. As a professor in postgraduate programs, he dedicates part of his career in training new leaders in the area of Customer Success.

After decades in multinationals, with projects in Brazil, Chile and the United States, Carlos realized that many companies needed something that went beyond well-defined processes: deeper connections with customers. It was this reflection that led him to create CRC Alves.

Today, the consultancy reflects his experience in major projects and his passion for designing strategies that don’t remain on paper. Everything CRC Alves delivers is built with an understanding of the market and the needs of its clients.

A cybersecurity company in Brazil was struggling to align its operations with sales. CRC Alves developed organized and targeted service packages to serve different segments. This facilitated negotiations, increased contract retention and brought stability to the financial flow.
